Cancellation :
In case of extreme circumstances, payments will be refunded to the customer without compensation (e.g. suspension of departure, mechanical problem).
By the customer, payments will be refunded to the customer if the cancellation has been made 21 days before the day of the tour.
In case of refund and if payments have been made by card, the customer will be refunded less 4%.
