Cancellation :
In case of extreme circumstances, payments will be reimbursed to the client without compensation (eg suspension of departure, mechanical problem).
On the client’s part, payments will be refunded to the client if the cancellation has been made 21 days before the day of the tour.
In case of reimbursement and if payments have been made by card, the customer will be reimbursed less 4%.
